Since 1909, our technology and engineering expertise has enabled us to provide mission-critical support for customers ranging from global armed forces and aircraft manufacturers to supermarket chains.
We made our name by predicting the rise of motorisation and aviation, and have kept the same forward-thinking spirit alive today. Powered by our in-house accelerator, Futureworx, we are embarking on ambitious new ventures in hydrogen-powered flight, uncrewed aerial systems and connected infrastructure.
We are also renowned for our skills academy's award-winning apprenticeship scheme which has helped over 21,000 young people launch their careers in engineering, aerospace and defence over the past 100 years.
