Matrix Container

Our Marshall Matrix Containers are mobile and modular, designed to offer flexible and rapid reconfiguration for deployment in extreme conditions, including environments with temperatures ranging from -51 to +60 degrees.

The Starting Point

It all starts with the base Matrix container, manufactured to the highest of specification to ensure maximum longevity, low maintenance and, and most importantly, vital protection for your people and assets.

Standard Features

1 C Rail
“C” rail is a means of fitting equipment to the container floor, walls, and ceiling. It provides the user with complete flexibility to change installed equipment type and configuration throughout the life of the container unit.

2 Door & Escape Hatch
Container doors and escape hatches are manufactured by Marshall to exactly the same insulated sandwich panel specification as the container walls, roof and floor. Door and hatch design is a proven standard incorporating weather seals, EMI screening gasket (if required), and internal lock release which allows exit from the container in the event of a padlock fitted on the exterior.

3 Environment Control
The Marshall Matrix container’s thermal properties can be fitted with range of environmental control systems and are effective in maintaining the internal workspace environment of the container to precise levels of temperature and humidity.

4 Power Input & Distribution
Mains power into the container may be supplied from a fixed facility supply or a mobile generator.

Marshall provides full electrical system design and installation to ensure that the power demanded by the operator is reliably available when required.

In addition to “power in“ we also install the internal distribution and supply to our customer’s equipment. Standard electrical conduit provides flexibility to locate main and domestic outlets in positions around the container.

Example Configurations

Command and Control

In this configuration the container could be used as an Incident Command Post (ICP) to support emergency management. Command and control and communications systems can easily be mounted todisplay vital situational awareness and to track thepositions of people and equipment. Control systems for remotely piloted aircraft can also be mounted in this configuration with optional antennae fittings. First responders, Provincial, Territorial and Municipal emergency managers, and Canadian Armed Forces Commanders are amongst the potential users of this configuration.

Support to Communications

Communications equipment, servers, and other telecommunications equipment often need to accompany you in the field. Our deployable system supports the communications needs of organisations and can include any necessary humidification or dehumidification to provide comfort and protection for occupants operating in world-wide climate extremes.

Medical Facility

Either as a stand-alone clinic or diagnostic facility, or linked together to form a small clinic or multi-bed field hospital, our Deployable Matrix Containers provide options for deployed medical care. Fixed in one remote location, or moved between multiple locations, this configuration enables the provision of critical medical services for your personnel while they operate.

Laboratory

Laboratories support many activities and requirements. These include forensic investigations and research,medical testing, support to field academic field research,and exploratory research for the resource sector. Marshallhas even developed DNA laboratories. This configuration is especially useful when a main laboratory is just too far away from where you are operating. Deployable laboratory, medical, and clean room containers often incorporate an internal air-lock to ensure clean entry of personnel into the clean room environment. Marshall can also provide internal and externally fitted air locks to prevent the spread of contamination during chemical and biological threat.
